Astronomy Part-Time Faculty

Truckee Meadows Community College is seeking a part-time faculty member to teach introductory astronomy courses. The position is part-time and temporary, and the college welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Astronomy or Physics or closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
• Desire to work with students, faculty, and staff from many different backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
