Job Description
We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) in a fast-paced fleet operations environment.
Requirements
- Supervise and coach vehicle operators (VOs) during AV testing
- Ensure safety protocols, SOP compliance, and operational excellence
- Support software + hardware testing workflows in autonomous vehicles
- Manage shift schedules, reporting, and team coordination
- Provide performance feedback and real-time coaching
- Act as liaison between operations, contractors, and leadership
