Senior AI Product Engineer

TruckSmarter is looking for a senior AI product engineer to help build and scale AI-driven logistics software. The role involves leading technical discussions, mentoring peers, and shaping the company's technical and product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Experience leading projects end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and ship complex systems
• Extremely curious about LLMs and Agentic AI architectures
• Experience in fast-paced, startup environments
• Track record of mentoring engineers and shaping team practices
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
