Job Description
TruckSmarter is a technology company that is fixing the trucking industry by providing a vertically-integrated AI-powered product called Dispatch. We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to help execute on our vision to eliminate the inefficiencies of freight.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience
- Expertise designing for native mobile experiences
- Experience designing agentic chat based interfaces
- Practice empathy, and understand how your designs will impact users
- Works well in a collaborative environment, and are willing to show your work frequently
- Curiosity about how AI is changing creative workflows, and excitement about using it
