Job Description
True Anomaly seeks a Director, Propulsion Engineering to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of next-generation propulsion systems for spacecraft and missile defense portfolios. The successful candidate will own the technical vision for propulsion and drive the adoption of advanced manufacturing methods.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience in spacecraft, launch vehicle, or advanced defense propulsion systems
- 5+ years in a technical leadership or people management role
- Deep expertise in fluid system design and analysis
- Extensive propulsion test experience
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing propulsion engineering teams
