Job Description
True Anomaly seeks an Engineering Manager, Hardware and Environments Test to lead a team of test engineers in delivering fully tested and qualified components, developmental units, and spacecraft on aggressive timelines. The role requires strategic foresight and hands-on leadership, adapting test to program needs, improving efficiency and automation, and driving disciplined execution against test milestones.
Requirements

- Own execution of test to meet program commitments
- Drive load capacity planning
- Provide accurate inputs to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
