Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Engineer to support the design, planning, and execution of test campaigns for aerospace defense systems. You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure that systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience in test engineering for aerospace, defense, or high-reliability systems
- Deep knowledge of environmental and performance test methodologies and standards
- Experience leading complex test campaigns and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong background in data analysis, systems engineering, and failure analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technical documentation skills
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
