Job Description
True Anomaly is seeking a Staff Elixir Software Engineer to lead the technical direction and evolution of their distributed spacecraft ground control system. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of software development experience, expert-level mastery of Elixir and OTP, and deep expertise in designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience
- Expert-level mastery of Elixir and OTP
- Deep expertise in designing and building large-scale distributed systems
- Proven track record of establishing comprehensive testing strategies
- Extensive experience designing and evolving service architectures, libraries, and internal infrastructure
- Expert-level understanding of distributed systems integration patterns
- Demonstrated ability to work full-stack when necessary
- History of leading technical initiatives in Git-based workflows
- U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance
