True Anomaly seeks a Structural Integrity Lead to lead the technical execution of a next-generation missile defense program. The candidate will establish and enforce processes and standards ensuring structural integrity across the SBI program.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience developing and managing Fracture Control Plans and performing structural analysis using FEM methods
- Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program
- Ability to scale analytical rigor to match program maturity and risk
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundaries
- Expertise with NASTRAN, ABAQUS, NASGRO or comparable analysis tools
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
- U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret
- Advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
- Experience with missile defense or space vehicle programs
- Strong track record leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing design-to-delivery cycles
- Background in systems engineering or technical program management
- TS/SCI clearance
