VP, Platform Engineering

True Anomaly is seeking a VP of Platform Engineering to build a new organization from scratch, responsible for building and leading teams across AI engineering, data engineering, infrastructure engineering, and IT. The role requires a strong technical vision and leadership skills to scale a team of 24+ and drive innovation in compute infrastructure platforms.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering organizations of 15+ people
• Hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GovCloud variants), Kubernetes, container orchestration, networking, and CI/CD at scale
• Direct experience building and operating DoD Impact Level 5 or higher accredited environments
• Experience managing teams that operate across classification levels with mixed clearance requirements

Benefits

• Base Salary: $185,000 - $350,000
