Shipping Clerk

True Brands is a fast-growing consumer products company seeking a dedicated Shipping Clerk to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
• Package products safely and securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation in compliance with shipping regulations.
• Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to guarantee products meet established standards and specifications.
• Notify your supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions promptly.
• Record all shipping activities in the inventory management system and update stock levels as needed.
• Complete any other assigned tasks to support smooth operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage communications and documentation effectively.
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaboration.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Assist in keeping the receiving area clean and organized.
