Job Description
Accounting Associate supports the accounting department's daily operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in multiple ERP systems
- Experience with Sage Intacct (preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and application
- Highly organized and excellent at time management
