Billing Service Representative (Temporary Role) Onsite Position

Join TrueCare, a mission-driven healthcare organization, as a Billing Service Representative. Provide customer service and administrative support for the Patient Financial Services Department. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have experience in medical billing and electronic health record systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in similar or related position
• Medical Receptionist experience in a medical office, preferably handling insurance eligibility
• Must have a general understanding of medical office procedures, billing insurance carriers including Medicare and Medicaid
• Must have experience working with an electronic health record system; preferably Epic
• Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and working in a healthcare setting with a basic understanding of the revenue cycle process
• Bilingual – English/Spanish
