We are hiring a Team Lead / Manager to join our Affiliate Channel Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical ability, business acumen, and commercial judgement, who can manage affiliate partnerships and drive measurable revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, affiliate marketing, channel sales, partnerships, digital marketing, or eCommerce growth
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience managing affiliate, channel partner, partnership, or performance-based sales programs
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into practical business actions
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliates, partners, online sales channels, or performance marketing initiatives
- Solid understanding of online sales, digital marketing funnels, affiliate networks, partner marketing, or performance-based acquisition
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis, and performance reporting
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve business analysis, reporting, partner management, campaign execution, or operational efficiency
