Job Description
A well-established litigation firm with a national presence is seeking a Legal Assistant - Insurance Litigation to join their Austin office. This role supports multiple attorneys handling high-volume first-party insurance defense cases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary in civil litigation
- Familiarity with Texas court rules and e-filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
