Job Description
A well-established construction firm specializing in complex structural repairs is seeking a Superintendent – Concrete Restoration to oversee a multimillion-dollar restoration project.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing concrete restoration or structural repair projects
- In-depth knowledge of structural repairs, post-tension systems, and waterproofing
- Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams while upholding safety and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset
- Solid field documentation and communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
