Job Description
Trueline is seeking a Commercial Remodel Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations, lead field crews, and maintain high-quality jobsites. The role involves managing multiple active job sites, coordinating materials and logistics, and communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial finish carpentry
- Experience managing multiple active job sites at the same time
- Proven success leading crews in the field and holding a high bar for quality
- Strong schedule management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced remodel environments with changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Hands-on field leadership experience rather than PM-only experience
Benefits
- Base salary of $105,000-$115,000
- Bonus starting at 5% of base salary, with additional upside tied to performance
