Job Description
Trueline's client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Litigation Assistant to join their team in New York City. This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced professional to support high-profile legal matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Manage attorney calendars, book travel, and handle monthly expense reporting
- Prepare, revise, and finalize legal correspondence, pleadings, and documents
- Execute electronic filing (e-filing) across multiple court systems and jurisdictions
- Schedule client meetings, depositions, mediations, and coordinate with involved parties
- Assist with trial preparation, conflict checks, client/matter openings, and document organization
- Support billing activities, including client invoicing, billing setup, and contact maintenance
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative teams across offices
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $72,000 to $115,000, with a target midpoint of $84,000, based on experience and location
