Trueline is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic and collaborative litigation team in Long Beach, CA, in the Insurance Defense/Personal Injury field. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, competitive salary range of $140,000–$170,000, plus profit-sharing potential, and a full benefits package.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license, in good standing.
• Minimum 3-7 years of litigation experience, ideally including insurance defense or personal injury matters.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management platforms (e.g., NetDocuments, Centerbase).
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters independently while remaining a strong team player.
