We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Designer with exceptional attention to detail and a mastery of clean, grid-based layouts and refined typography. In this pivotal role, you will produce a high volume of polished, on-brand assets across decks, social media, video/VFX, display ads, CRM materials, and UX design.

Requirements

• Produce a high volume of visually compelling, precisely structured assets across presentations, marketing materials, video/VFX, display ads, social content, and CRM materials.
• Build all designs on solid grid systems, ensuring perfect alignment, refined typography, and a consistently clean, on-brand aesthetic.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance creative output without compromising quality.
• Conduct thorough QC reviews to guarantee pixel-perfect accuracy, brand consistency, and exceptional craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, creative leads, and developers to ensure smooth project execution from concept through delivery.
• Mentor and support junior designers, strengthening their layout, production, and technical skills.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging design practices, contributing to continuous team and process improvement.
