Senior Software Engineer - Health Care

We’re seeking a dynamic software engineer to join our incredible engineering team at Cairns Health. The role sits at the crossroads of conversational AI, radar technology, hardware integration, and LLMs. You’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our product, starting with front-end and back-end development for our web and mobile apps using React and React Native, while exploring opportunities across our tech stack.

Requirements

• Code daily to tackle challenges and drive our product to market.
• Develop a backend architecture to support our mobile health and wellness app for seniors.
• Design and develop mobile app features that serve our users.
• Optimize our mobile app for latency, concurrency, uptime, etc.
• Take a leading role in creating interactive, data-driven mobile and web apps using a modern tech stack.
• Enhance our backend to power front-end and device features.
• Collaborate with a team of accomplished, high-performing engineers.
• Gain hands-on experience with embedded devices, front-end, back-end, AWS, and Kubernetes.
