Job Description
The Structural Project Manager is responsible for managing structural steel and miscellaneous metal scope on construction projects, overseeing planning, execution, and closing of projects, and coordinating with subcontractors and major suppliers.
Requirements
- General computer experience
- Experience using spreadsheet and word processing programs
- General knowledge of steel fabrication and erection standards
- Experience with Primavera, Smartsheets, Microsoft project, Procore, and Tekla
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specs
- Detail-orientated and able to process and sort information quickly
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license
