Field Sales Representative responsible for engaging with homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Provides tailored services, builds trust, and satisfaction. Performs door-to-door outreach, customizes sales messaging, and logs interactions using a CRM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous sales or customer service experience a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication chops
• Solid time management skills and a self-starter mindset
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors
