Job Description
TRULAND Equipment, a John Deere dealer, seeks a John Deere Tech Student to participate in a 2-year associate degree program and on-the-job training to become a certified service mechanic tech. The student will assist senior technicians, learn key skills, and develop an understanding of labor efficiencies and service department operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrollment in a participating John Deere Tech Program at a college
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
