Job Description
Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, achieving key performance metrics, and ensuring the efficient daily operations of the store.
Requirements
- Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
