Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, and achieving key performance metrics. The role requires regulatory compliance, exceptional customer experience, and prior management experience in retail and/or customer service area.
Requirements
- Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
- Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures
- Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely
