Job Description
Trulieve is seeking a Cultivation Technician to provide manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department. The position will primarily support the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Works well in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Punctual
