Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. They provide exceptional customer service, facilitate customer purchases, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients
• Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns
• Prepare and process patient orders
• Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
