Dispensary Associate - Part Time

Dispensary Associate responsible for guiding customers on their journey into cannabis, educating them on products and their effects, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsible for facilitating customer purchases and providing an exceptional customer experience. Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
