Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate to provide exceptional customer service and guide customers on their journey into cannabis. The role requires knowledge of products and their effects, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients
• Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns
• Prepare and process patient orders
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures
• Assist customers with product or device issues
• Document customer issues and concerns
