Job Description
Post Harvest Technician II is a detail-oriented role that involves harvesting, weighing, drying, curing, and trimming cannabis material in a fast-paced hands-on environment.
Requirements
- Must be proficient and achieve goals in all Post Harvest Technician I skill assessments
- Must be active in the Post Harvest Technician I role for minimum of 9 months to qualify for Post Harvest Technician II role
- Knowledge and understanding of cannabis handling including harvesting, drying, curing, and trimming
- Maintain good discipline and attendance standards
- Ability to work hands on with cannabis plant material daily
- Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the production department as needed/requested by the direct supervisor
- Ability to work as a team unit while completing tasks and creating constructive collaboration with members of other departments
- Create a proactive environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, innovative, and a team player
- Excellent time management skills, driving efficiency and productivity to ensure goals are consistently met while maintaining high quality finished product
- Remain compliant with all legal and company regulations
- Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and Word
