Job Description
The Server Assistant plays an essential role in creating smooth and gracious dining experiences across all resort outlets. The position supports the service team by maintaining table settings, assisting with beverage and bread service, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring all service areas are impeccably organized.
Requirements
- Sets and maintains tables and service stations according to outlet and Forbes presentation standards.
- Assists servers by providing food and beverage running when required.
- Observes guests discreetly to anticipate needs and ensures tables are cleared and reset promptly after each course or guest departure.
