- Friendly, courteous, and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons, and other employees
- Handling multiple keys and telephone lines
- Working closely with Concierge and bell staff
- Handling guest concerns or complaints over the phone and following up with guests
- Keeping support departments informed of necessary information or requests
- Handling hotel emergency procedures and situations
- Performing tasks and projects as delegated by management
- Putting in guest orders into Hotsos and following up on orders
