Job Description
Join our team as a Field Service Engineer, supporting customers in North America, and working with cutting-edge technologies such as lasers and automation systems. The role involves troubleshooting, repair, and installation of equipment, as well as training and education of customers and associates.
Requirements
- Two-year technical degree in engineering or related field
- 2 or more years of experience in technical service, field service, repair or customer service
- Strong electrical and computer systems experience
- Diagnostic skills
- Previous experience with robotics, lasers, automation systems or mechatronics
- Experience with TRUMPF equipment
- Hand tools and measurement tools
- Problem-solving and organization skills
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis
