Senior Patentanwalt (w/m/d)

As a Senior Patent Attorney, you will advise a department comprehensively in all matters of industrial property law and accompany them strategically in matters of intellectual property law. Building, maintaining, and strategically aligning a strong patent portfolio is your responsibility - from your own patent application to leading the examination proceedings and ensuring freedom to operate for our products.

Requirements

• Successful degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science
• Qualification as a patent attorney and/or European patent attorney
• Knowledge of US-American and/or Chinese patent law is desirable
• Extensive professional experience as a licensed lawyer in an industrial property law department or a patent law firm
• Experience in court proceedings
• Very good German and English language skills
