Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Editor to join our team at TRUMPF, a high-tech company with a culture that values collaboration and mutual trust. As a Technical Editor, you will create technical documents, revise and create documents in uniform terminology, and coordinate translation management for operating instructions.
Requirements
- Completed education in the field of Technical Editing, Technical Communication, Communications or Linguistics
- Technical understanding - ideally experience in the technical field
- Ability to prepare complex, technical connections in a clear and target group-oriented manner
- Experience with Content Management Systems in technical editing is an advantage
- Expertise in writing and creating graphics (photos and 3D data)
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and MS Office applications
- Excellent German skills and security in formulating texts
- Good English skills
- Reliability, high degree of accuracy and organizational talent
