Requirements
- 5–7 years of business development experience, ideally in fintech, cryptocurrency, or hyper-growth tech sectors.
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals that drive user and revenue growth.
- Established network within the Web3 ecosystem, including dApps, protocols, liquidity providers, and venture capitalists.
- Deep knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, including trends, emerging technologies, and growth models.
- Comprehensive understanding of Trust Wallet's product suite, competitive positioning, and strategic role in the crypto space.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions in the Web3 domain.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for high-stakes environments.
- Advanced strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
- Data-savvy with a practical understanding of marketing and operational metrics to measure growth strategies.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
