Operations Associate

Trust Wallet is looking for an Operations Associate to support the operational infrastructure of a fast-moving, globally distributed crypto wallet team. The role will own internal coordination systems, drive cross-functional accountability, manage external platform relationships, and keep projects moving across a lean remote organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar execution-oriented role
• Experience in or exposure to the crypto / Web3 industry
• Strong organisational skills with demonstrable follow-through
• Comfortable working asynchronously across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment
• Proficient with collaboration tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets)
• Self-directed
• Reliable and responsive
