Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist position at a pediatric practice, floating between Chantilly and Reston, VA offices. Full-time schedule with four 9.5-hour weekdays and rotating half-day Saturdays. Requirements include high school diploma, 1 year of medical reception experience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Provide a professional, friendly greeting to patients and their parents
• Answer incoming calls with courtesy, professionalism, and care
• Optimize appointments, maximize provider time, and keep the clinic running smoothly
• Complete the check-in process swiftly, collect copayments/balances, and verify demographic and insurance information
• Scan reports, organize medical records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, and ensure providers have everything they need before a patient encounter
