The Associate Director D of Research will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Penn Center for Neuroengineering and Therapeutics, overseeing daily financial operations, sponsored research administration, student and trainee administration, and core business processes, ensuring compliance with both University and School policies.

- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and comfortably with seasoned accomplished faculty, diverse groups of students, senior executives/professionals, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
