Group Finance Controller

This role is part of the Global Finance team, which is a dynamic and cross-jurisdictional team with an ethos of collaboration and continued improvement at its heart. The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, consolidations, internal controls, and accounting operations of the group, as well as playing a leadership role on ad hoc financial reporting and accounting projects.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification - ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent
• Extensive experience in financial accounting, reporting, control and group consolidation
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements - IFRS/US GAAP/Swedish GAAP
• Experience managing multinational or multi-entity organizations (FinTech is a bonus)
• Strong leadership and team management
• High proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite experience preferred)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
