Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Legal Operations Lead to join our global Legal, Regulatory & Compliance team. This role will optimize legal processes, implement and manage legal technology solutions, and drive operational excellence across the global Legal, Regulatory & Compliance team.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of combined legal practice and legal operations experience
- Proven track record in legal operations, including process optimization, legal technology implementation, and vendor management
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change
- Demonstrated experience with legal technology platforms such as contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, matter management tools, e-billing solutions, or legal analytics platforms
- Experience managing external counsel relationships and legal spend across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop metrics, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand commercial objectives and align legal operations to support business goals
- Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working in a global organization across different time zones and cultural contexts
