Senior Platform Engineer

We are looking for a product-minded Senior Platform Engineer to join our engineering organization and empower our teams to deploy and operate services quickly and safely through a self-service platform that reduces cognitive load and enforces security, reliability, and compliance by default.

Requirements

• Architect the Paved Road: Own and evolve the product deployment chain utilized by our development teams, including CI/CD pipelines and underlying delivery infrastructure.
• Drive Ways of Working: Act as a cultural and technical driver for modern engineering practices.
• Champion Observability: Ensure monitoring, logging, and tracing are built in from the start, never as afterthoughts.
• Span Boundaries & Elevate Standards: Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to ensure a consistently high standard.
• Multiply your impact: Lift the skills of those around you by developing teammates, mentoring colleagues through detailed feedback, and evangelising platform capabilities across the broader engineering organization.
