Job Description
Trustly is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to strengthen its core backend services. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building high-availability systems in Java and cloud-based solutions, and be able to drive architectural decisions, steer delivery and planning, and connect tech to business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building high-availability systems in production using Java and cloud-based solutions (preferably AWS)
- Technical product thinker with ability to view problems from a business perspective
- Comfortable in ambiguity and able to make timely decisions
- Boundary-spanning collaborator with ability to cross team boundaries to solve problems
- Operationally driven with ability to spot systemic failure modes and identify operational risks
