Job Description
As Country Manager, Mid-Market Sales & Account Management for our Swedish Market, you will lead a hybrid team of Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining mid-market customers within your assigned market.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish & English
- Expertise of the Swedish Market dynamics, preferably within SAAS business & Tech.
- Experience leading combined sales and account management teams in SaaS or recurring-revenue environments.
- Strong understanding of mid-market dynamics, customer lifecycle management, and local go-to-market execution.
- Proven record of delivering ACV, GRR, and NRR targets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across segments.
- Data-driven, structured, and commercially astute.
