We're seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for our Benelux market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving high-impact adoption and securing long-term retention for our highest-tier accounts. You will lead high-stakes alignment and executive onboarding, translate technical usage data into compelling ROI narratives, and own customer health to achieve high Gross Renewal Rate (GRR).
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and proficient in English
- Strong experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS or technology environment
- Good understanding of the digital advertising/search marketing industry – preferred
- Proven ability to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction (NPS), and retention results through strategic intervention
- Advanced proficiency in data interpretation
