Job Description
Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Performance & Insights Manager to lead the development of a data ecosystem and drive strategic performance management for the Customer Support team. The role involves architecting a "Single Source of Truth" for performance data, building proactive forecasting models, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior data role, ideally in SaaS
- Experience in developing and maintaining reliable models for operational metrics
- Strong technical skills in CRM reporting (Salesforce) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights and recommendations
