Job Description
Truvani is a health and wellness brand seeking a Junior eCommerce Data Analyst to leverage analytics platforms and backend eCommerce data to drive digital business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in online, consumer-facing properties with a deep understanding of analytics, SQL, and Excel.
Requirements
- Manual updating of reports for overall Direct to Consumer results
- Reporting on customer satisfaction and related consumer driven metrics
- Collaboration with internal teams to advance key reporting tools and deploy relevant analytics reporting dashboards
