Staff Accountant REMOTE

Truvani is a health and wellness brand looking for a Staff Accountant to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of accounting experience, a BA/BS in accounting or finance, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. The team is collaborative and innovative, with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
• Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations.
• Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
• Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury.
• Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Preparing financial information for tax returns.
• Assessing and managing cash flow and cash forecasting requirements.
• Tracking, auditing, and reconciling employee card expenditures.
• Overseeing accounting software (QuickBooks, Netsuite).
• Assisting the Controller of Finance as needed.
