Requirements
- Guiding new customers through the onboarding journey, from initial setup and configuration to successful product adoption.
- Delivering engaging training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s needs and goals.
- Acting as the main point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success or Account Management team post-launch.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Support, and Sales) to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Translating Knowledge base guides in German
- Continuously improving onboarding processes by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and suggesting workflow or content enhancements.
